Scandra was founded by Brea Bugeja, who boasts 15 years of recruitment experience. Brea has spent the majority of her career working across Sales and Marketing recruitment. There are very few roles – if any – that she hasn’t filled.

A true people person who is passionate about developing strong relationships, Brea has a strong network of both candidates and clients and finds great satisfaction in connecting the two.
